How we keep your information secure
XGRITX is built by an operator, not a guru — and that goes for how we handle your data too. Here's the plain version of how we keep things locked down.
Secure checkout
Every checkout on xgritx.com runs through Shopify, which is certified PCI DSS Level 1 — the highest level of certification in the payments industry. Your card details are encrypted and never touch our own servers. The whole site runs over HTTPS.
Your data
We collect only what's needed to get your order to your door and keep you posted on it. Full details are in our Privacy Policy, and you can manage your preferences on our privacy choices page.
Watch out for scams
XGRITX will never call, text, or email you asking for your card number, bank login, or payment outside of checkout on xgritx.com. If you get a message like that claiming to be from us, it isn't — don't respond, and forward it to craig@xgritx.com so we can look into it.
Report a security issue
If you find a vulnerability on the site or something looks off, email craig@xgritx.com with the details. We'll take it seriously and get back to you.
