Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some XGRITX products may be offered through recurring subscriptions, pre-orders, or other purchase options. This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how these purchases may be changed, paused, skipped, or canceled.

XGRITX is owned and operated by XgritX LLC.

Subscriptions

When you purchase an eligible XGRITX product as a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the delivery frequency and subscription terms selected at checkout.

Your authorized payment method may be stored securely by our payment or subscription service provider and charged automatically for each recurring order unless you cancel, pause, skip, or otherwise modify your subscription before the applicable billing date.

Subscription pricing, discounts, delivery frequency, renewal terms, and other applicable conditions will be presented when you enroll.

Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, recurring subscriptions may automatically renew and your authorized payment method may be charged according to the frequency you selected.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable recurring charges until you cancel the subscription.

You may cancel your subscription before your next scheduled billing date to prevent future recurring charges.

Managing Your Subscription

Depending on the subscription service available on our website, you may be able to:

• Cancel your subscription
• Pause your subscription
• Skip an upcoming delivery
• Change your delivery frequency
• Update your shipping address
• Update your payment method
• Review upcoming subscription orders

Your order confirmation, subscription confirmation, customer account, or other subscription communication may contain a link that allows you to manage your subscription.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel an eligible subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date.

A subscription cancellation stops future recurring orders and charges. Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already been billed, processed, entered fulfillment, or shipped.

If you need assistance with an order that was processed before your subscription cancellation became effective, contact us as soon as possible.

Eligible orders may still qualify for a refund under our Return & Refund Policy, including our applicable 60-Day Shift-Tested Guarantee.

Pausing or Skipping Subscription Orders

When supported by the applicable subscription plan, you may be able to pause your subscription or skip an upcoming delivery instead of canceling the subscription entirely.

Changes should be made before the next scheduled billing date. Once an order has been billed or entered fulfillment, we cannot guarantee that the order can be changed or stopped.

Subscription Price Changes

Subscription prices, discounts, shipping charges, taxes, or other applicable charges may change from time to time.

When required by applicable law, customers will receive notice of material changes affecting future recurring charges before those changes take effect.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, XGRITX may offer products for pre-order before they are available for immediate shipment.

When placing a pre-order, the product page or checkout process will provide available information regarding the expected availability or fulfillment period and applicable payment terms.

Depending on the pre-order, we may collect full payment, partial payment, a deposit, or authorize a payment method for a later charge.

Pre-Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation of a pre-order that has not yet entered fulfillment.

Once a pre-order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled.

If the order has already shipped, any applicable refund request will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Pre-Order Delays

Expected pre-order availability and shipping dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Manufacturing, inventory, fulfillment, transportation, supply-chain, or other circumstances may cause a pre-order to be delayed.

If a significant delay occurs, we may provide updated information when available and any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law will continue to apply.

Try Before You Buy

If XGRITX offers a product using a “try before you buy” purchase option, the specific trial period, authorization amount, return deadline, and payment terms will be displayed when the offer is made.

Your payment method may be authorized when the order is placed. If you choose to keep the product, or if an eligible product is not returned within the applicable trial period, your authorized payment method may be charged according to the terms presented at checkout.

Any product-specific requirements or exclusions associated with a try-before-you-buy offer will be disclosed with the applicable offer.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our current Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible XGRITX supplements purchased directly from xgritx.com may qualify for our 60-Day Shift-Tested Guarantee, including eligible opened and used supplements, subject to the requirements, limitations, and fair-use provisions of that policy.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically create a refund for orders that have already been processed. Refund eligibility for those orders is determined under our Return & Refund Policy.
