Dead Tired But Still Caring Skeleton Nurse T-Shirt – Funny Halloween Nurse Shirt
For the nurse whose sense of humor survives a very long shift.
The Dead Tired But Still Caring T-Shirt pairs a coffee-holding skeleton nurse with heavyweight ring-spun cotton on a Comfort Colors 1717 blank.
Wear it for an off-duty coffee run, an autumn get-together, or a Halloween celebration with friends from the nursing crew.
Its relaxed unisex fit and 6.1 oz garment-dyed fabric make it a casual tee for downtime and dress-code-approved occasions.
The design
A skeleton nurse in orange scrubs wears a stethoscope, a patterned hair bow, and sunglasses that read NURSE LIFE. She holds an iced-coffee cup marked FUELED BY COFFEE AND COMPASSION. Hearts and small starbursts surround the character.
DEAD TIRED arches overhead in cream block letters, with BUT STILL below and CARING in large orange script across the bottom. The warm orange-and-cream palette gives it an autumn feel, while the nursing and coffee details work beyond Halloween.

Frequently asked questions
How does this shirt fit?
It has a relaxed unisex fit. Check the width and length against a favorite tee rather than relying on the size label alone.
Is the fabric pre-shrunk?
The fabric is pre-shrunk during manufacturing, but further shrinkage is still possible. Cold washing and low-heat drying help protect the fit and print.
Where is the artwork placed?
Coffee-holding skeleton nurse and Dead Tired But Still Caring lettering centered on the front.
Is this shirt only for Halloween?
The skeleton and orange palette work well for Halloween, but the nursing-and-coffee message is not tied to a date. Wear it whenever the graphic fits your mood and the setting.
