Will it help me sleep better during the day?
We won't promise that. Melatonin is involved in regulating sleep timing, but research on melatonin specifically for shift workers is inconclusive. It works best as one part of a routine: dark room, cool room, phone down.
Can I drive after taking it?
No. Take it only when you're going to bed. Don't drive, operate machinery or drink alcohol after taking it. Never take it before a drive home or before a shift.
