Getting through peak season
Peak is where most people fall apart, and it is almost always the same three failures.
Hydration debt compounds. Being slightly under on fluid and sodium every day for six weeks is worse than being badly dehydrated once. Start the shift hydrated rather than trying to catch up at lunch.

Common questions
Are these built for the gym or for work?

I already drink a gallon of water. Do I need electrolytes?
Possibly more than someone who drinks less. Drinking large volumes of plain water while sweating heavily can dilute the sodium you have left, which is a real contributor to cramping. What you lose in sweat needs replacing, not just the water.
