XGRITX is a supplement and apparel brand for shift workers. We sell hydration powder, vitamins and other supplements, graphic t-shirts and hats for warehouse crews, forklift operators, truck drivers, nurses and the trades. XGRITX LLC is based in Stanley, North Carolina.

XGRITX is for people who work on their feet, on a forklift, behind the wheel, on a jobsite, or on a hospital floor: warehouse employees, forklift operators, shipping and receiving crews, CDL truck drivers, nurses and healthcare workers, construction workers and tradespeople, and night shift workers. If your job runs on 10- and 12-hour shifts, this brand was built with you in mind.

XGRITX was founded by Craig Roberts, a warehouse leader with more than 20 years of supervisory experience in distribution and logistics. The brand motto is "Built by an operator, not a guru." Every product is chosen based on what actually holds up during a real shift, not what looks good in a gym ad.

XGRITX is headquartered in Stanley, North Carolina, just outside Charlotte. Our business address is 2086 June Dellinger Rd, Stanley, NC 28164. We are an online store and do not operate a retail storefront.

Our current supplement range includes hydration powder, creatine, whey protein, collagen, a pre-workout, daily multivitamin gummies, joint care gummies, magnesium glycinate gummies and melatonin gummies. Many of our customers work in DOT-regulated or safety-sensitive jobs where random drug testing is part of the deal. Drug-test-conscious means we choose ingredients with those workers in mind and avoid ingredients that commonly cause concern for people who are tested at work. Every product page lists the full ingredient panel and Supplement Facts so you can review it before you buy. That said, no supplement company can guarantee the outcome of a drug test, and XGRITX does not make that guarantee. If you are subject to testing, review the label and check with your employer's policy or medical review officer before using any supplement.

We sell graphic t-shirts and hats built around warehouse, forklift, trucking, nursing and other work communities. Our current t-shirt listings use Comfort Colors 1717 garment-dyed heavyweight cotton with a relaxed unisex fit. Check each product page for its available sizes, colors and garment details.

Put any three XGRITX tees or sweatshirts in your cart and the lowest-priced one is free at checkout. It applies automatically, no code, and it repeats: six gets two free. Mix designs and sizes however you like. Hats and supplements have their own deals.

Our current Comfort Colors 1717 tees have a relaxed unisex fit. Available t-shirt variants run from S through 4XL, with color availability varying by design. Compare the product size guide with a shirt you already own before selecting a size.

Our trucker hats and snapbacks have adjustable closures. The cuffed beanie is a stretch knit style. Check the individual listing for its closure, material and fit details.

Wash shirts inside out in cold water and tumble dry low or hang dry to protect the print. Hats should be spot cleaned with mild soap and water and air dried; do not put embroidered hats in the washing machine or dryer.

Yes. Most of our t-shirts and hats are printed or embroidered after you place your order, which is how we can offer so many job-specific designs. Because of this, apparel typically takes 2–5 business days in production before it ships, and production time is separate from shipping time.

In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and standard U.S. shipping takes an additional 3–7 business days. Made-to-order apparel adds 2–5 business days of production before shipping. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can vary by location, carrier, and time of year.

Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders of $49 or more. Orders under $49 ship for a flat $5.95 standard rate, and expedited shipping is available at checkout. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.

Not at this time. We currently ship only within the United States. Rates and delivery times for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses vary and are shown at checkout when available.

As soon as your order ships you'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to activate on the carrier's site. If your order contains both supplements and apparel it may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

First check around your door, mailbox, porch, package room, and with household members or neighbors; carriers sometimes mark packages delivered a little early. If it still hasn't turned up within a day, email craig@xgritx.com with your order number and we'll help work with the carrier to track it down.

Contact us at craig@xgritx.com as soon as possible with your order number. We'll do our best to update the address, swap a size, or cancel the order, but we can't guarantee changes once processing, production, or fulfillment has started.

Unopened XGRITX supplements can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. For health and safety reasons, opened or used supplements can't be returned. Email craig@xgritx.com before sending anything back so we can send return instructions. Applies to orders placed directly at xgritx.com.

Unused apparel in original condition can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Because our shirts and hats are made to order, please email craig@xgritx.com before sending anything back so we can send return instructions. Customers cover return shipping on voluntary returns; if we sent the wrong item or it arrived defective, we cover everything.

Email craig@xgritx.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, your name, a short description of the problem, and photos of the product and the shipping package. Once we verify the issue we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping, at no cost to you.

We aim to respond to refund requests within one business day. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Gift cards, clearance or final-sale items marked as such, products damaged by misuse or improper storage, opened or used supplements, and products not purchased directly from xgritx.com. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
