The Blue-Collar Supplement Stack, Built Honestly

Availability checked October 23, 2026: XGRITX Hydration Formula – Fruit Punch is currently unavailable to order. It is a tub of powder, not individual sticks, and its ingredient list includes dextrose. Check the current product page for availability and the full label.

Every "ultimate stack" article is a shopping list where the answer is buy everything. This one goes the other way — start at nothing and add only where there is a reason.

Level 0: the stack of nothing

Start here, because plenty of people belong here.

If you eat three real meals with protein in them, drink water through the day, and sleep decently — you do not need a supplement. Adding one will not make you feel different, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling.

Most people reading this do not have all three. That is the actual gap, and supplements are a way to patch specific parts of it, not a replacement for it.

Level 1: protein

Buy this if: meals get missed, which on shift work they do.

This is the first and most defensible purchase. Physical work raises what you need, and the day does not leave room for it. Coffee at five, something at ten, real food at night.

Prime Build is 24 g a serving, 28 servings. Contains milk and soy. How much you need is here.

Level 2: electrolytes, on the right days

Buy this if: you sweat hard for hours.

XGRITX Hydration Formula – Fruit Punch is supplied in a 60-serving container of powder, not individual sticks. It is currently unavailable to order. Use the current product page for the full ingredient list, label directions, and availability.

If you work in air conditioning, skip this level.

Level 3: the gaps you cannot see

Buy these if: your eating is genuinely patchy, or you never eat fish.

XGRITX Deep Current Omega-3 Fish Oil is not currently offered in the public catalog. Browse the current supplements collection for products that are listed; those products are not substitutes for fish oil.

Neither will make you feel different tomorrow. That is not what they do, and any company implying otherwise is overselling.

Level 4: performance, if the basics are handled

Buy this if: levels 1 to 3 are already right.

Horsepower creatine, 5 g a day. Heavy work is exactly the repeated-effort pattern creatine supports. Be clear on the ceiling though — the evidence is strongest for repeated intense effort, not for making a whole shift easier. Detail here.

Level 5: the situational ones

High Octane for temporary alertness at the start of a shift — 200 mg of caffeine, and it contains a proprietary focus blend, so the label gives that total rather than the split. Timing matters more than the product.

Night Reset is 2 mg of melatonin, which is a timing signal rather than a sedative. Evidence specifically for shift workers is inconclusive — worth reading before you buy.

Joint products sit here too, with the dose caveats spelled out.

What is not in any level

BCAAs, testosterone boosters, detox products, fat burners, anything with a proprietary blend where the amounts are hidden. We do not sell those, and here is the reasoning on the first one.

Honest summary

Most people should be at level 1, possibly level 2 in summer. That is a bag of protein and a box of sticks, not a shelf.

If somebody sells you all five levels at once, they are selling a shelf. The whole range is in Supplements — buy up it, not all of it.
